Troubleshoot course not loading after image upload?

Hello, after uploading images, my course does not load on my work laptop which is behind a VPN. It does however load from my personal machine if I log in to my account. I've tried connecting off the VPN and the course still does not load.

Anyone had a similar issue?

I've had similar issues. Try a different browser (say, switch from Edge to Chrome or vice-versa) and see if it loads. If so, clear your cookies and cache and it'll probably work again.

Not quite the same but I've had occurrences of uploading new 360 background images, replacing existing ones (same filename and file format) and it goes black. I switch to preview mode or jump to a different scene and jump back again and its fine.

Rather than publishing as CenarioVR Live do you have access to a LMS and upload as a SCORM?

I have not published the course yet. This is to preview the course that isn't loading for me.

Is it possible your work machine whitelists only specific URLs, so it can't load content unless the URL is specifically listed n your firewall?

It should just be *.cenariovr.com, there are several subdomains that get used from the primary.
