Shared scenario - can't create clip?

Is this desired behavior? In a scenario a colleague created, I selected a group, right clicked and selected "Create clip" and was given the message that I wasn't authorized to perform this action, and then returned to the top-level CVR screen, and had to go back into Shared Scenarios and re-enter.

Seems wrong, but I haven't seen your design docs ....
