eLearning Brothers email interaction

Has anybody downloaded the Shamrock email interaction from eLearning Bros? My next and back arrows within my title seem to disable when I click on the answer to the first email (or the 2nd, 3rd or 4th). They work fine as long as I don't start the interaction. I'm sure it's related to the variables but there are so many of them and I'm not sure where to start picking it apart.
Anyone have any ideas?
