Left Hand Navigation Buttons

If you are using one of the templates, is there an easy way to convert the titles/chapters on the left into navigation buttons that will lead the viewer pack to that section?

Think you are looking for a Table of Contents. That would "convert" the pages on left navigation to navigation items for the user. So, yes....it exists!0
