I'm trying to check in my course and I'm receiving a repository error. How do I resolve this issue.

Don't worry your project is okay, but you should contact customer solutions:
They should be able to fix your project, it's nothing you did. I can see it's an internal system error when trying to merge your work in progress (saved) with your previous work.
