Public Scenarios - Download Scenario Filter option / Download Scenario button

Its great that you can make scenarios available to download by others, the issue is finding them! You need to add a filter in the Public Scenarios area to show downloadable items.

You also need to add the three dots Download Scenario button to show up in list view, its only visible in Grid View.
