Transitions on shapes

My transitions have stopped working as they should for shapes. For example I've added a box shape and created a Transition In (Box In) and changed the speed to really slow and the box just appears without the transition. Any idea why this feature has stopped working or how to make it start working again? I'm using Lectora online. Thanks

wheels Community Member, Administrator, Moderator, Rockstar Manager Posts: 685 eLearning ROCKSTAR Admin TeamDo you have Use Web Accessibility Settings enabled in Project Options? If you do, and you have text in the shape that might be causing the issue. I'm guessing that it's re-writing the html for the object to get the screen reader to read the text.
In any case you should report it to support since it shouldn't stop working.
