Reverse LD-8005 - Inserting New Objects at the Page level are now displayed at top of layering

Could we please reverse LD_8005 from the 21.4 release as this is causing major additional work for those of us that build accessible/WCAG/508 courses; besides it is causing all kinds of questions as to why after 20+ years something so well known has changed.
I realize this was a request from the internal ELB developers (or anyone else that uses Storyline 360) but since this affects accessiblity I feel more thought should have been given to it.
Most of us that build WCAG have gone back to 21.3
