Hotspot and copy action

it would be interesting to be able to create transparent hot spots using polygons to be able to outline a complex object. Also it would be nice to be able to copy just one action a t a time instead of just being able to copy them all.

Lots of these highly desirable feature requests have been mentioned by me and others in the past but not yet been implemented.
