Lectora 21 - Groups within Groups

I am new to Lectora and teaching myself as I have time. I ran into a problem with Lectora 21. Hoping you can help me with a solution.

In Lectora 19 you can create groups within groups:

In Lectora 21 I could not get this to work, so I copied above from L19 into L21 and changed the content, so I had the structure:

However, when creating Actions (G Lesson 1-Open is part of subgroup)

it is only reading the SubGroups under G Lessons Open and I am not able to select the Parent Group G Lessons Open:
