Cenario Vr vs IPAD

Cenariovr app not working on my new ipad ios 15.5. Either the image freezes or I have a black screen. Even if I go through my Safari Browser. Why ? Thanks

    This is confusing. Are you using the app, or are you using the Safari browser? They are two different things.

    Does the freeze or black screen happen on Public scenarios, or only on one that you have created yourself?

    Is there a particular scenario you are having trouble with? Have you tried some of the scenarios in the Public area? Its possible you may be using a video or image resolution that is incompatible with iOS. iOS is actually pretty picky about what resolutions it will support.

    I also have a problem that work fine in all PC and mobile browser but black screen in VIVE Focus 3 CenarioVR apps. I only can now using VIVE built-in browser to view via internet and all firmware update had been performed, any alternative can allow me using the offline ZIP ?

    @casvr01 When you state "using the  Offline Zip", are you accessing a scenario published in CenarioVR Desktop and using the CenarioVR app on the headset? Or are you publishing the course and installing on an LMS?

    Not for both, i would like to export a ZIP file from my scenario and see any method could allow me import directly in my VIVE Focus 3 headset and run by the CenarioVR App downloaded in VIVE Business Store.

    I think the technical term for that would be "sideloading" a scenario.
