PLEASE Open Media Side Tabs ONLY With Click, NOT Mouse Over!

๐ I am begging you to please change the operation of the media side tabs so that they only open when you click on them, not when you happen to mouse over them. Many times a day my mouse just happens to drift over there for one reason or another and they suddenly open up as I'm working on the underlying screen, which is super annoying! It would make much more sense just to have them open with a click, instead, so that they're only opening when the user clearly intends to open them.
This should be a relatively quick and easy programming change to make and I fervently hope to see it with the next release!
