My Scenarios not available... Not able to get started or create any Scenes

I'm not able to create any new scenarios because the option is not available on my dashboard. The only options I have are "Assigned Scenarios" and "Public Scenarios". I've been looking everywhere to figure this out but I'm at a standstill. I'm supposed to be demoing this product for my group in a few days and really need to get this working. I'd really appreciate any help with this. Picture attached....
