Student deletions

I have two wondering questions:
#1. When a person is deleted from the database, is there a restore feature? Can anyone of the information be restored?
#2. If a person is deleted from a courseMill, what happens to the link for the course? Can the student still access the course and complete it if they have already started?

When a student is deleted from CourseMill, their account and entire history is removed. There is no way to restore that information from the CourseMill system. It also means they have no way to access any course, as they have no account from which to authenticate.
