Creating A Single Page Scrollable Course

I recently experimented with Rise360 for a couple of classes. They were short courses equating to 3-5 page courses created in Lectora with a 14 sized font. The response was positive. The content flowed smoothly and creating the content was streamlined and fast. I dont think this approach is good for lengthy subjects. Perhaps, because I'm not used to it. This could be a learning style issue where certain people wont respond well and other will. I have attempted to recreate the feel and look of this format in Lectora. So far unsuccessfully. It is not on the smooth scrolling, but having a framing ability for an unchanging sidebar. As I understand, this is not possible in a Lectora responsive class.
Has anyone made a class in this format with Lectora?
