Could it be opening off the screen? Did you connect/disconnect a second monitor recently? Lectora (the development environment) has never handled multiple monitors very well, especially when they have different resolutions.
Try this sequence: Click the arrow at bottom right, then:
Alt-spacebar >> M >> right arrow >> [move the mouse]
If the window is off-screen, that will drag it back.
Note that if you have not opened the Text window, Alt-spacebar will zoom out on the content pane of the development window.
