This is my first attempt to publish a CenarioVR course as SCORM 1.2 uploaded into our LMS. What event parameters can I expect to see in my LMS (example: course completed, quiz score, etc.)?

Maybe the best way to ask this question is "in CenarioVR" what variable options are available that can communicate with the LMS to track learner, completion, quiz results?

SCORM does not support user-created variables. ("Tin Can", or xAPI, does.)

You can read about how SCORM works in a lot of places, e. g. here: https://scorm.com/scorm-explained/technical-scorm/scorm-12-overview-for-developers/

Only ELB can really tell you what values get set by their SCORM implementation, but I know course completion and score are two. I don't see any obvious way to do things that are easy in, e. g., Lectora, like pulling up the current user's name.

CVR reports just the standard SCORM values, score, duration, and completion status (completed, passed, or failed). As Carl mentioned, xAPI provides the rich data that you see in the analytics for CenarioVR, as it's a much more robust standard for communications.
