How do I add a hot spot when clicked shows a text box?

I'm new to CenarioVR and need to add a hot spot that when clicked shows a text box. I am not having any success trying to figure this out.

Here's a skeleton of an answer:

1. Create your info card ("text box").
   
2. Have it start as not initially visible.
   
3. Create the hotspot and have its action be, turn the info card visible.
   

ELB makes many example scenarios available. You can see how other developers did this sort thing there.
