Hi Troy,
how are you currently registering external users for your RLP platform? Are they being put into the incorrect learner group, enterprise, or office?

Hi Karlene,kreadinger said:Hi Troy,

We were having users create their own account using 3 different external user registration links (3 different offices). On our weekly training email, these links would be shown, and depending on what "office" you belong to, the user would click on that link to create their account and have access.
We have had instances where users knowingly/unknowingly have created accounts using the wrong office thus putting them in the wrong learner group. This allows the user to see items that do not pertain to them or they should not see.
What we have done to filter these out is to take down the self-registration links, and instead, we have used a Microsoft Form link on our training email. They fill out the form now, and it notifies us to create the account and invite the user.0
