I have attached a VTT file for captioning a video. It works on preview but not on publish?

These VTT files have worked in the past but not today. I'm using Lectora V19.0.4.

Hi @crenzullo-7852 - VTT files appear to be working correctly in 19.0.4. Try using the sample VTT file to test with. If it is displaying the CC, then keep adding back your specifics, testing along the way. You may also want to post your VTT file contents for one of our Rockstar Community members to review with you. If our sample VTT is not working for you, please submit your case to support.

When you open the published course, is the course on a web server or LMS? Running a course on your local hard drive without a web server will not work properly due to browser security issues. For example, one security violation that browsers block is the opening of a local file, including the VTT files.
