Error for Hyperlinks with missing action details on publish

There are occasions where Lectora Online "loses" a hyperlink URL. Bringing such a hyperlink up in edit mode shows an Action with no details.

This can happen with a Hyperlink that previously tested out OK in a QA run through.

The feature request is for LO Publishing process to error on these malformed Hyperlinks so that they do not fall through the testing loop. The alternative is to trawl through the course after each publish to verify every link is still active which can be a significant overhead. A red error on publish would plug this hole nicely !!

Agreed! Have come across this numerous times. I’ve also found that sometimes it keeps the hyperlink, but loses the action.

I've sent this one to Engineering to investigate.

@jackgayler @db, could you share a pkg or video of the steps you followed to demonstrate this behavior?

Hi Chris - just being tidy to respond to your 19 July request (several months back now!) - Nicholas Maharaj had details on this one at the time.
We've not figured out a reliable way to reproduce the problem but it happens often enough to be a real nuisance. Hence the request/suggestion to check for this having happened and show an error on Publish rather than try and track down the "source of the problem".
    Thanks!

@db We have an open ticket for this. So far we have not been able to get the problem. If you get this error again could you send us the pkg, or strip down your course and send a pkg if that?
