Minimize the Responsive Bar Along the top

Making that bar collapsible would add more vertical space to work within the course.

If you aren't actively using the RCD; when I need/want the extra space, then I just turn off the option of RCD under Design > Title Options > Enable RCD. Then when I need it, I turn it on. This could be a workaround in the meanwhile.
