Hi - who can I contact to find out if my license/SN supports CenarioVR?

    Hey Andrew,

I think you are on what is known as a "Gold" Suite, which includes Lectora Desktop, Lectora Online, ReviewLink, and the Asset Library. CenarioVR is in the "Platinum" Suite. I'm sure you can talk to your salesperson to upgrade.

Why not just go to https://cenariovr.com and see if your credentials work?

My IT controls our credentials and licensing without sharing the details in the off chance that I want to be malicious and steel the license details for my own PC if I were to leave or something (I dunno). The login details I am using for this forum I had to create myself. I will get them to contact whoever gave us the license and get me more details - i just thought this route would have been much easier for all involved.

Ah. I would guess you also don't use Lectora Online. Sorry about misunderstanding.

Yes sir, we are also hand tied with using cloud based software. So while I was super excited to try out CenarioVR, I have a feeling that even if i had a license to use it - my corporate security would nix that quickly.
