Can "Tap/Click here to Continue" be disabled in Lectora 19?

We have a custom "click to begin" button, but have noticed with the Lectora 19 upgrade, the default "tap/click here to continue" screen pops up on every page with auto-start (not just on the first page like it used to with seamless play). This is not for mobile, and I do not have "enable responsive design checked" in the title options. In Preferences > Publish Strings it says this displays for mobile. Is there a way to disable this feature so we can use our own?
