Rewind Video 10 Seconds

We recently learned that employees are using the player at the bottom of each video to fast forward through content...completing 15 minute courses in about 15 seconds. Disabling the player bar would also prevent people from rewinding and toggling on/off the closed captions. Has anyone found a work around for this? Like perhaps a rewind button that rewinds the mp4 file 10 seconds at a time?

    In v21 we allow you to disable seek ahead. You can seek back but not ahead. Until then, I know that some customers position an empty text block over the time rail so it cannot be clicked on. Interesting that you want to keep someone from toggling off closed captions, is that a pretty common use case?

    Yay! I can't wait for v21!! As far as the closed captioning, we do have some employees who find it distracting, so they love the option of being able to toggle off the closed captions.
