Onload Animating 360 Type Icon

If you open a 360 YouTube video on a mobile/tablet it displays a 'Move device to explore', animating white hand with phone icon. Can we have a similar version in CVR that can be toggled on/off per scene? Possibly with a different one if its running via web browser / VR headset / mobile.
Not all users will know that the CVR environment can be dragged when they first open, this animation should help. I've tried using an image and spinning, its ok but I'd prefer a more professional inbuilt version.
