Is there a way to manually remove the NEW icon/tag for Resources attached to a course?  When adding a resource, it automatically gets this tag which doesn't make much sense IMO, but it the course has been up for 6 months to a year, the resource is still marked as NEW even if updates have been made.

EDIT: I understand that these are cleared away as users view the documents, but it's slightly confusing the the course content item isn't marked as NEW but the Resource is. So, perhaps a better way to phrase this is: Is there any way to not include the NEW tag when including a resource?
