Display page popups not working correctly

In my course i have pages set up to display page when the button is clicked. When I publish to reviewlink some of the pages open in a separate browser tab much larger than they are. I have 3 pages that are the same size, with similar information, yet 2 of the pages open in the separate tabs and 1 will open up the correct size as a small window. This happens to about 50% of my display pages.

Any idea why some of the pages are opening differntly?

Try this trick if you don't want your pages coming up in a tab.

Set the window so it cannot be resized, see the attached image.
