Error #2038 When uploading organization resource

We are testing to see if we can add organizational resources that are accessed by students in multiple courses.  When I try to upload a file (PDF, docx) with or without spaces in the title and less than 872k, I get the error #2038 when I try to save.  I don't see anything in the Admin document under Managing Organization Resources about name, type, or size restrictions.   Any help would be appreciated.

Update - this happens only in Firefox.  I was able to upload using Chrome.

Hello Karen. I sent you an email with some questions to try and narrow down this issue.

Looks like you were using the flash uploader. Firefox doesn't install the flash component anymore which is causing the error. We turned off the flash uploader on your CourseMill site. Please log out, clear your browser's cache and try again. I also emailed you a support ticket, so you can just reply to that if you are still having issues.
