Hi @pvalleley3585 I haven't been able to recreate this. Can you give us your title, or at least the page with the video issue?

Hi. The title is called "How private is your personal information" and the page is simply called "Video".
Thanks
Pip

Try putting that ... tag inside an ExternalHTML object of type other.
See if that works better.

Thank you for the information but despite trying I do not understand how to do this. I cannot get find an ExternalHTML. I can get to Insert, HTML extension and set this as other but cannot find a way to copy in the code so I guess this is not correct. Can you explain how to do this in a bit more detail (I am using Lectora Online).
Thanks. Pip -

Sorry for the misinformation. Yes, you want to insert an HTML Extension and paste the embed information copied from step 3 as described in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/portal-embed-video
You can click the Edit button in the properties ribbon of the HTML Extension, then paste the embed information (see attached picture).
You will need to set the size of the HTML Extension on the position & size tab so it matches the size of the video.
Click page preview after doing this and the video should display.

I didn't see any way to do that, you might ask here:
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-stream/ct-p/MicrosoftStream
There might also be a way to just get a MPEG-DASH or HLS URL which could be put directly into our player. Sorry, I don't know much about MS stream, maybe someone else does here.

I've found that Microsoft Stream videos work best using the 'Web Window' option, and using the embed code URL given to you by Microsoft Stream. So in the below example, I'd use just the bold text in the 'Insert Web Window' tool.
<iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://web.microsoftstream.com/embed/video/123456789-abcd-efgh-ijklmn?autoplay=false&showinfo=true" allowfullscreen style="border:none;"></iframe>
Unfortunately the downside is that you lose the ability to use the Lectora Online player, and subsequently options like 'Sync Events'. Not sure they'll ever be a way around this, as I don't think it's possible to get at the raw video file on Steam as it's not an open platform and the need to authenticate with Microsoft 365.
