Hi,
Below assessment is not loading on Chrome/Firefox.
https://cdnllnw.bentley.com/u/p/ld/OpenRoadsCE_Basic_HTML/index.html?s=1580379316&e=1580422516&h=0a8147540e3880769279fab21ed5310a&courseID=129303&imsGuid=9afa364d-ae5e-4b12-a235-c5c2550d7399&mediaid=5018776&env=p
All the js files and css files fails to load. Apparently all these pages are referring to 'https://cdnllnw.bentley.com/favicon.ico' which does not exists.
It is unknown why the .ico file is being requested with the js and css files.
The .ico portion is what appears to be getting the error.
The CSP is preventing the main file from displaying due to this error.
Calling the js file individually loads the file but still gets the error.
Please advise.
Thanks.

Hi, Arnab,
What LMS are you using? Have you tested your eLearning in a different LMS, such as a free SCORM Cloud account (http://cloud.scorm.com)?
It looks from your attachment as if there's an attempt to force https (rather than unencrypted http) that is failing. Maybe a certificate problem with the server involved? -
Thanks for the response <span class="handle-sign">@</span>CarlFink.
No LMS is involved, we are opening it in window.open from a webpage. CSP is in place, but files are on https. But below page is not loading as it is referring to non existing 'https://cdnllnw.bentley.com/favicon.ico'.
Not sure from where the call to https://cdnllnw.bentley.com/favicon.ico is going.

Hmm ... I get the same errors in the Chrome console clicking your link. It loads in Internet Explorer 11, but with a couple of errors: "[getIMSGuid] TypeError: Unable to get property '1' of undefined or null reference"
Did you publish to HTML or one of the LMS targets?
What version of Lectora are you using? Have you created any custom CSS or JavaScript? -
Hi CarlFink,
Publishing to Limelight storage location and opening it with window.open from one of web application.
We are using Lectora v18. We haven't created any custom script or css. We have applied CSP at network level, and that is causing some issue.
I see one inline script though in all the pages like below.
<pre id="line1"><<span class="start-tag">style</span> <span class="attribute-name">type</span>='text/css'>
<span id="line38"></span>body { background-color:#ffffff; }
<span id="line39"></span></<span class="end-tag">style</span>>
Thanks. -
Sorry if my question was unclear. When you click to Publish, the program offers you a choice of formats, including AICC, SCORM, and HTML.
See https://www.trivantis.com/help/Lectora/18.1/ENG/Lectora_Help/index.html#4740.html?TocPath=Publishing%20a%20title|_____0
Which one of those do you pick? -
-
Arnab, at this time I would either contact Trivantis Support, or upload a Zip export of your course here. There is something happening that is hard to figure out without seeing the course.
If you want to try to figure it out yourself, open the project folder in Windows Explorer, then click in the Search field at the top right of the Explorer window. Type 'favicon' and press Enter. This will search every file in the folder and its subfolders for that text. That will at least give you a hint about the cause of the problem. -
Hi @agogoi2266 I get the same errors when I launch your course. Would it possible to get a copy of your title? I'll check with one of our developers to see if they know what may be causing this
-
@agogoi2266, that's the published file. It's much easier to find the problem if you upload the Export of the project.
