CSOD Upload Issues

So we are using CSOD for our LMS and constantly have issues with users having to allow Flash to run courses currently on there.
I am wanting to re-create content for the LMS that will not require Flash. As CSOD does not have the option to upload HTML5, and only SCORM or AICC uploads, I am hoping someone can set me on the correct path on how to create and publish content with images and videos that will not require Flash.
As of right now Flash is the bane of my existence with our on-boarding department receiving way too many call from people having course advance issues all related to Flash.
Thanks in advance

HTML5 content can also be AICC or SCORM. AICC and SCORM are ways to package content. The content can be anything visible in a web browser - Flash, HTML, video, an LMS-based quiz.0

Is there a secret to creating content containing videos to ensure that Flash will not be an issue?
Sorry for the questions, but I am having issues and can't understand why it is doing this.0 -
Anything before version 18.1 (if I remember) always had a Flash component, even if you didn't publish to Flash. I believe Trivantis promised to allow completely Flash-free publishing in the latest (18.1.2) but I haven't installed it and can't test.0

Lectora uses HTML5 to play video and audio media, but may include Flash player file in the published content as a fall back player for cases where the browser doesn't support HTML5. But if you do not want the Flash file to be included, there is a publish option "HTML 5 only (no Flash included)" which will exclude the Flash file in the published content.

Thanks for the help guys. I updated to 18.2.1 and now am able to publish without Flash..
Now to figure out how to get eLearnings created in Captivate and Articulate imported into Lectora without having to re-create them all.0
