Translating tests to other languages

Hi all,

 

Has anyone experience of translating randomised tests in Lectora on line to other languages?

My company is creating assessments for a client who are then using another independent company to translate these from English to other languages. The tests are set in sections and randomised, they work perfectly when tested in the LMS in English and have worked in other languages but are now failing to complete. I do not know the process the translation company are using, presumably the standard Lectora translation process but they are asking us to fix this issue. Does anyone have any experiences or ideas?
