Drag and drop question fails if browser zoom set too high

A new course I'm working on has three pages with two drag-and-drop questions each. Using Internet Explorer 11 (the company-preferred browser, sigh), if the IE zoom setting is higher than 150%, some or all of the elements cannot be picked up. The mouse cursor shows a hand in the right places, but clicking and dragging does not move the elements.

In Chrome and Edge, similar failures are seen above 125%; in Firefox, above 120%.

I'm using Lectora 17.0.6. Any insights?

Is the entire question on the screen? Adaptive setting turned on? Seamless play?

If I zoom in far enough, parts of the questions aren't visible without scrolling, but the problem occurs before that happens. The course is set up as responsive if that's what you mean. Seamless play is off.

The discovery of this problem during the testing phase of this course was more or less accidental, so I went back and tested a course published this summer. That course has a page with a single drag-and-drop question, and the problem is exactly the same.

This makes me suspect a bug. Using Preview in Browser mode and zooming in three steps (Ctrl and + three times) in any browser on the attached example is enough to show the problem for me.

Can someone who has upgraded to v18 please try the attached sample in that version and let me know if the problem persists?

Sorry, yes, I did mean "Responsive".

I never use drag-and-drop questions, so I can't be of much actual help, I'm afraid.

@smiller7502 This looks like a bug - I have been able to reproduce the issue in v18 as well. We've documented this and will work to get it fixed in our next maintenance release. I apologize that you are experiencing this!

@lsilver Thank you for confirming that it's not something I've done wrong, and saving me from trying to fix it at my end! I look forward to the fix.
