Pages not appearing in Chrome

Just published a title, HTML, and when it plays in Chrome some pages do not appear. I had been using IE exclusively but switched to Chrome because of a sync events issue. When publishing do I need to make any adjustments to the default setting, e.g., for IE versus Chrome?

Normally no. Do you have transitions, Seamless Play or any javascript on that particular pages, cause any errors in that may cause it.

Following up on this, you can check to see if any JavaScript errors are preventing the page from loading by opening the Developers Console (Ctrl +Shift +I) and looking at the Console tab. IE will load a page with JS errors but Chrome usually prevents the page from loading.

Let us know if you make any progress on this.

    Hi Walter,

If you are still seeing this problem please report it to support an cc me on it. I'd like to know what's going on. Very very strange something would work in IE and not in Chrome :)
