Inactive Courses/Interactions

Within Reports, I go to Interactions and try to run a report on an inactive course. I check "include inactive courses".

I put in the student's info and... nope.

I go back into options and ask to see the courses and ... nope.

Anyone?

Are you wanting to run an interactions report on every interaction in every course ever completed, ever?  I ask because in your screenshot you specify a Student Id, but don't specify the course.  In my experience, CourseMill may not provide the interactions of the inactive courses in the report, despite the checkbox being toggled to do so.

You may have to toggle the checkbox and specify the inactive Course ID specifically along with the Student ID.
