Full screen view not working when published

I have a Lectora title that includes a video. In Run or Preview mode, full screen view works great, but once the title is published (SCORM), the full screen view cuts off a good part of the video frame. It looks zoomed in, so you can only see part of the screen. It's totally unusable like that, so I'm hoping there's a fix for this. Any thoughts/ideas? Thanks!

Update - I tried publishing this title to Offline (executable file) and the video works fine. It seems that there may be an issue with publishing to SCORM or in our LMS (NetLearning). Any ideas out there? This is a dealbreaker--I have to be able to put videos on NetLearning and they need to have the full-screen feature working! HELP!
