wcag- tab through content in scrollable window broken

Hello

Thanks for your help with this.

 

Issue-

WCAG mandates using the TAB button to navigate. The content on various pages of my course has "Verticle Scrolling" selected... but using the TAB button to access the content doesn't scroll the content.

 

Is there a good workaround here?
