Offset from Right Anchored Objects Not Responsive

I anchored some buttons in my header that are positioned offset from right. When I publish the course, these buttons are not responsive. When I narrow the window, the buttons disappear off the page and I have to scroll to the right to see them. Since they're positioned from the right, they should maintain their position offset from the right edge, regardless of screen size. Items offset from the left work as expected.

On all devices I've tested, where you can't resize the browser window, it works perfectly. And when I view the course in a PC's browser window, it fits perfectly also. It just becomes a problem when I manually resize that window.

Objects are only "Positioned from right" in Lectora, not in the browser.  The same would happen if you could resize the browser window on a tablet, as the pageDIV has a static size.
