Sorry if this is a duplicate post...can't seem to locate my original....

I created a survey in Lectora 16. I used the option to send results to a google document. It worked just fine in the testing stages in Lectora but once I uploaded it to our LMS (HealthStream) I received several error messages. I've attached two of them. I also received the message:

I was able to actually get the survey to run once in our LMS but the details were never updated on my google document. Any ideas/suggestions? Would really like to get this working as the google doc seemed a perfect venue for our educators to look at what people had to say about their classes.

I am creating a survey and need to get the results submitted so I can track them. My question is...can I submit survey results to my LMS or do I have to use Google Drive?
