Update files or attachments placed in a forumn

I would like to update an attachment or closed a forumn whose attachments aren't working and reopen the topic with attachments that do under the community. Is there a way to do this?

Well I figured out how to create a portfolio why looking for the answer... and now need help on how to close that too.
