Error looking up course in CourseMill Database

Help, I'm new!  I just completed my first course, but I can't seem to get my course to upload from Lectora to CourseMill.  I've attempted to read all of the guides in both Lectora and CourseMill.  Does the class have to be active in CourseMill?  Where do I find the 'host' link?

The course does have to first be created in CourseMill so you can call upon the Course ID for the two to make the connect.  You'll also need to make sure you've set up your CourseMill settings in the Lectora preferences otherwise it may not be properly connecting.  You can read more in the Information Center: http://lectora.edgesuite.net/cdn-lectora/user-guides/16-2/16.2 HTML5_MainHelp/index.html#4790.html?TocPath=Publishing%20a%20title|_____4.  Let me know if you continue to have issues.

    Hi Jennifer!

    Thank you for the information.

I do have the class set up in CourseMill and it's active.  The Course ID is set and yet it's not finding it.

I've triple checked the Lectora preferences and it is set up to CourseMill.  I keep getting the same error.

Is the 'Host' always coursemill.com?  Should it be the link, ie: lectora.janiking.com/coursemill/home.html and is the 'Path to Coursemill on Host' always: /cm6?

I'm not sure what other avenues to explore in an attempt to resolve this issue.

    Thank you again!!!!

The host isn't always coursemill.com.  If you have a custom link to access your companies content I would try replacing the link in the field.  Also, the path is /cm6 by default if we set up the course.  However, if you opted to host the program on one of your own servers the path may have changed.  If your unsure if either is correct or you're still not getting it to work I would suggest opening a support ticket.  The lovely folks on the support team will be able to look up your information and let you know what to put in.
