Advanced Reporting issues

I am trying to share the dashboards with my Benefits department but they just get the spinning wheel of death.
I need this to work due to another project with much greater significance. HELP!

    Hey Dana! This is a known issue and is usually resolved by clearing your cache and cookies and refreshing your browser.  You can also try accessing it using Incognito mode if you use Chrome. Can you try that and let me know if you still experience issues?

    Thank you Jennifer! I will let you know if it doesn't work for me.
    Is there a fix for this soon? I would really want to be able to utilize this without raiding the computers of a bunch of executives to clear the cache.

    It's a known since Support was able to offer me advice so I would have to imagine they're actively working on a fix. I'll let the CourseMill folks know it came up for a customer again as well.
