LMSSetValue error if Firefox only (for only some people!)

Hi all,
So I've got a bit of a mind bender. I've got a program that was built in Lectora years ago, was sent to over 50 companies without a hitch. Now all of a sudden I have one customer that says some of their staff are getting LMSSetValue errors while using Firefox. Not all customers, just some!
I've been over and over the source files and can't see anything wrong. I've tested the course in all browsers, nothing wrong. I've tested the course in all browsers from another location... you guessed it, nothing wrong. Unfortunately, the staff having the issues are senior executives (of course!) so the "issue must be fixed". Why they don't just use another browser (which they have), is beyond me. So, I'm desperately trying to find out the source of this issue and "fix it".
I've attached some of the errors the users are having.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Nick

Hi Jennifer, thankyou for taking the time to respond.
Is everyone on the same network or at the same location?
Yes everyone having the issues are on the same network. It could also be an issue where the site is timing out because they’re taking too long to finish the course. You could check your LMS course details to see if they’re taking longer than the average user.
The errors are showing immediately (from what i've been told). I'm going to go onsite early next week to trying and work out exactly where, what and how and hopefully why, this is happening.
I've seen plenty of Persistent data errors when the eLearning is plugged into a SAP LMS (never resolved) but this is sitting on a Moodle platform and doesn't throw these errors anywhere else.
There's a big 'who har' over whose issue this is, whether it's mine, the browser, the customer's IT area. I'm hoping to get a full understanding of the LMSSetValue error and Persistent data errors so in future I can easily solve them (if it can be 'easy'). Do you or anyone else know of where I might be able to find this info?
Cheers,

Here's the advice I got from a co-worker when I asked for advice on resolving your issue:
"Those type of errors are tough to diagnose. Basically, it seems to be an issue with the course launching correctly within that LMS for those specific users using a specific browser. Being that it works correctly for all other users, then it would be something specific to their browser setup or their account within the LMS. The best approach to diagnose the issue would be to go back and look at the LMS logs to see if they show anything that could potentially cause the issue. They could also upload that course into SCORM Cloud to see if the execs get the same error running it from there." -
