Onclick Rotate, Transform?

I have an image that is a circle.  I'd like to put hotspots (invisible buttons) on the circle. When the hotspots are clicked, I'd like the circle to move a specific degree(s).  Stay in the same place, but rotate... I have seen this before in multiple places, but I cannot find where I can do this in Lectora.  I have tried JavaScript, however, I am not a programmer and I am sure I am fudging something up.  In comes the community... please, can anyone help?

This uses an imagemap and Greensock GSAP. Is this what you are looking to do? (The .awt is in the zip as well).

You have to edit Line 259 in index.html and remove "c:/"...
