I have Lectora 12. Can you submit a test results to both a LMS and email?

Yes. The standard functionality of a course is to relay the test results to your LMS (when a SCORM or AICC course is created). So if you added an additional action that on process of the test you additionally sent the results via email there should be no issues.0
