Hi Everyone,

I'm just creating a new module and I want to create the ability to click an object multiple times using variables, really struggling to see how without copying the object and overlaying then show and hide each one as it is clicked.

Thank you in advance.

Ben

    Hi Ben,

I'm not 100% sure, but it sounds to me like you want to have a different response based on the number of times a button has been clicked. If that is the case, then I've put together a little example of how you can do that. The attached title contains a page with one button on it. The first action attached to the button adds 1 to a user-defined variable (_buttonClicks). And the rest of the actions do something based on the value of _buttonClicks. Is this what you're looking for?

The attached title was built in Lectora v12. If you need a different format, let me know.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
