Developing for PC and tablet

I have users that will need to take the same course that use both PCs and tablets. What is the best size to record my movies that would work with both devices? Or, am I going to have to create training for both devices?

How big are your PC screens? How big are your tablet screens? What software are you using to record?

The tablet that we will be using measures 11.6" diagonally and the monitor for the PC measures 19" diagonally. Thanks.

Be sure to export your video as a .mp4 (mpeg 4) for video on tablets. There are several nuances to both Android and iOS tablet devices. I would download a few templates here and view how Trivantis implemented video and what pixel size the canvas size is.
