phantom files

Our courses are developed using Lectora X and posted on Meridian. There have been no problems until we recently updated a course, in which several questions in the Pre/Post tests were deleted and replaced with new questions; but not all were replaced. When this updated course was uploaded to the LMS, the original questions were loaded instead of the newer questions. In order to track down the problem, the files in the folder on the LMS were removed, the course was scormed and unzipped in the folder, however, the original files were pulled and not the newer files.



Any ideas on how to solve this????
