Tab Key selection border is not appearing in latest version of lectora(11.3.2)

Hi Currently am working on 508 compliance course in lectora and I noticed am not able to see tab selection border is not appearing, I tested few courses which I created long time back and its working fine but if I publish the same build with latest lectora then its not showing. can anyone tell me what best I can do to solve this issues?
